還有不到半個月就是農曆新年了!新年又怎少得了年糕的份兒?
今年我決定搞搞新意思,在傳統年糕中加入白朱古力和日式綠茶,味道如日式綠茶牛奶一般,口感香滑不油膩。 我還特意將兩款味道以梅花間竹地逐層蒸製,祝福大家來年「步步高昇」!

(年糕還未放涼,我已急不及待切開試味了,所以切得東歪西倒!不過這圖看出年糕的這層次美,吃的時候還可以逐層撕開,感覺好像兒時吃印尼拉椰糕,我總愛逐層撕出來慢慢享受~)
