我家很少煮西式濃湯的,外出用膳也鮮有點選濃湯,總覺得西湯既油膩又味濃,多吃對健康不好。 為了家人的健康,我改良了做法和用料,感覺輕怡又易飽肚,再加一件麵包便是個簡便午餐了。
