記得韓國的導遊說過,在韓國因為牛肉價格高,一般韓國的家常菜中並不常用上牛肉,所以我在韓式餐廳都沒見過這道菜,可是我用上韓式漬醃肉料的材料製作,也頗有韓式風味,就姑且當作是韓國菜吧!
